The evaluation fee includes a comprehensive assessment, clinical observations, parent interview, and a detailed written report with individualized recommendations. We also review the results with you and collaborate on a personalized plan to support your child’s goals.
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.
We are a private-pay practice, which allows us to provide highly individualized, flexible care without the limitations often required by insurance companies. As a courtesy, we can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.
A superbill is a detailed receipt we can provide, at no additional cost, that you may submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.
